I had a wonderful stay at Heaven Beach Resort, where the beautiful white sand beach was just steps from my bungalow. The staff was incredibly helpful, making my 60th birthday truly special with a surprise dinner on the beach. However, I did face some issues with communication prior to my arrival due to an overbooking mishap, which was quite stressful. The overall experience was memorable, but the resort does need to improve its booking management.
